About
I am a lecturer in International Relations at Osmaniye Korkut Ata University. I hold a PhD degree in the School of Politics and International Relations at the University of Nottingham. My Ph.D. thesis is titled “Unravelling the Social Formation: Free Trade, the State and Business in Turkey”, which was published by Brill in 2022. My thesis addresses the relationship between international free trade relations and Turkey, as well as the impact of international movements of capital on different countries. My main expertise areas are International Relations, Middle East Politics, International Political Economy, Political Economy of Turkey, and Turkish Foreign Economic Relations.
